  • Goal: Bringing to mind the centralists and providing an idea of their work pressure. In the reporting room there are a lit of incentives: reports on hold, reanimations at the same time, switching from a non-emergency to an emergency, a college taking over the non-emergency, someone coming to the employee with a question. There are a lot of switch moments and when a heavy report is completed the next one is picked up right away. There are no time-out moments.
  • Target group: General public, visitors of the website and social media followers. Secondary: (potential) customers and volunteers. But also general practitioners, hospitals and other chain partners, insurances, and governing bodies such as municipalities.
  • Usage: Via the website, social media, presentations, meetings, intranet.
