  • Concept: To show aid workers not to be heroic, but to be a certainty. Trustworthy and to-the-point, via first-hand stories. Personal honest and emotional. We see how protocols work, departments and organisations support each other, which equipment is used and the result of all effort put in.
  • Primary goal: provide insight in the complete process of the ambulace care, by showing all aspects and activities of the RAV.
  • Target group: drivers/municipalities, potential new employees/job applicants, visitors of the reporting room/open days, general public and chain partners (general practitioners/hospitals/midwives/police/fire brigade/insurers)
  • Usage: internet (website, YouTube, e-learning), presentations, fairs, DVD, social media
